How we accept an order, make it, deliver it, and stand behind it afterwards.

These terms apply to every order placed through this site. Placing an order means you accept them. Please read them alongside our privacy policy.
To confirm before launch confirm the legal entity name, registered address and governing state.
Every ring is made after you order it, in the configuration you choose. We do not hold finished stock. This is why production takes weeks rather than days, and why the terms below on cancellation differ from those of a store shipping from inventory.
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email, not when you complete checkout. If we cannot accept your order — for example because a stone in the specification you chose is unavailable — we will tell you and refund you in full.
We may decline an order where we reasonably suspect fraud or where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
The price shown at checkout includes the diamond, the setting, the metal you selected and complimentary insured initial delivery to any destination we serve. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
All prices are shown and charged in US dollars, wherever you are. Your bank sets the exchange rate and may add its own cross-border fee; neither is set by or paid to us.
Import duties, VAT and customs handling charges levied by the destination country are not included in the price. Where they apply they are payable by you, normally to the carrier before delivery.
Your specification is locked when we confirm the order. Tell us within 48 hours if the ring size needs to change and we will change it at no cost. After that, production has begun and a change may not be possible.
To confirm before launch confirm where the studio is registered for sales tax or VAT. Stripe Tax is not yet enabled, so no tax is currently calculated at checkout — that must be resolved before any destination where we are obliged to collect it.
Payment is taken in full at checkout by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number. If a payment is reversed or disputed we may suspend production until the matter is resolved.
The completion date shown on your order is an estimate based on the configuration you chose, not a guarantee. We will tell you if it moves.
Delivery dates provided by the carrier are likewise estimates. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.
We currently ship to Australia, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States. The initial delivery of your order is complimentary to every one of them — there is no shipping charge at checkout.
The initial shipment is fully insured in transit, requires an adult signature on delivery and uses discreet outer packaging.
All shipping after the initial delivery is your responsibility. This includes shipping in both directions for adjustments, resizing, warranty inspection or service, and any reshipment.
Risk passes to you on delivery. If a package is recorded as delivered but you have not received it, contact us immediately so we can open a claim with the carrier.
For deliveries outside the United States the carrier acts as the customs declarant. A parcel may be held until the duties described in section 4 are paid.
If a parcel is returned to us because duties or taxes were not paid, delivery was refused, the address was incorrect or the required signature could not be obtained, you are responsible for the resulting return, customs and reshipping charges.
Every ring is made to order to the specification you choose. Except where required by law or where a piece is faulty, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If something is not right, contact us. We will continue working with you on eligible adjustments toward a result you are satisfied with. What can be changed depends on the setting structure and the nature of the request.
Adjustment or repair work covered by warranty carries no service fee. All other work is quoted and begins only after you approve it. All shipping after the initial delivery remains your responsibility, including shipping for warranty-covered work.
Nothing in this section reduces any statutory cancellation, return or remedy right you have under applicable law. Where that law gives you more than this policy does, it prevails.
To confirm before launch confirm how the EU and UK right of withdrawal is honoured. It runs for 14 days from delivery, is separate from the policy above, and its exemption for goods made to a consumer’s specification needs to be assessed against a configured-but-not-bespoke ring by counsel, not assumed.
Because each ring is made to order, cancellation depends on how far production has progressed. Before production begins, we will cancel the order and refund the amount paid, less any third-party payment-processing fee — such as a fee charged by Stripe — that was incurred when your payment was taken and cannot be recovered. Where such a fee applies, the refund will therefore be partial and that fee remains your responsibility; we do not add a separate cancellation or administration fee. Once production has begun, the order is final and any request is handled under the adjustment policy in section 8.
Resizing is assessed and quoted per piece unless it is required to correct an issue covered by warranty. All shipping after the initial delivery is your responsibility.
Whether a ring can be resized, and by how much, depends on its setting structure, the original size and the change requested. We confirm feasibility and any fee before accepting the ring.
We warrant each piece against manufacturing defects for the life of the piece. Accidental damage, normal wear, loss, and work carried out by anyone other than the studio are not covered.
Repair or adjustment work covered by warranty carries no service fee. All shipping after the initial delivery is your responsibility. Any available work outside warranty is quoted and begins only after you approve it.
To confirm before launch confirm the warranty period and exclusions. "Lifetime" is provisional.
All centre diamonds sold by the studio are lab-grown and are identified as such before purchase. Each is graded by IGI, an independent laboratory, and laser-inscribed on the girdle with its report number so you can verify it yourself.
Grading is an expert opinion, not a measurement. Photography and screen rendering cannot reproduce a diamond exactly.
The designs, drawings, photography and text on this site belong to the studio and may not be reproduced without permission.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Please contact the studio first — almost everything is resolved that way.
To confirm before launch confirm governing law, venue, and whether an arbitration or class-action waiver clause is to be included. This is a decision for counsel, not a default — and selling to consumers in the EU and UK constrains it: mandatory consumer-protection rules of the buyer’s country can apply regardless of the law chosen here.
