1. These terms
These terms apply to every order placed through this site. Placing an order means you accept them. Please read them alongside our privacy policy.
To confirm before launch confirm the legal entity name, registered address and governing state.
2. Made to order
Every ring is made after you order it, in the configuration you choose. We do not hold finished stock. This is why production takes weeks rather than days, and why the terms below on cancellation differ from those of a store shipping from inventory.
3. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email, not when you complete checkout. If we cannot accept your order — for example because a stone in the specification you chose is unavailable — we will tell you and refund you in full.
We may decline an order where we reasonably suspect fraud or where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
4. Price and specification
The price shown at checkout includes the diamond, the setting, the metal you selected and complimentary insured delivery within the United States. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
Your specification is locked when we confirm the order. Tell us within 48 hours if the ring size needs to change and we will change it at no cost. After that, production has begun and a change may not be possible.
5. Payment
Payment is taken in full at checkout by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number. If a payment is reversed or disputed we may suspend production until the matter is resolved.
6. Production time and delivery estimates
The completion date shown on your order is an estimate based on the configuration you chose, not a guarantee. We will tell you if it moves.
Delivery dates provided by the carrier are likewise estimates. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.
7. Delivery and risk
We ship within the United States only. Every shipment is fully insured in transit and requires an adult signature on delivery. Outer packaging is discreet.
Risk passes to you on delivery. If a package is recorded as delivered but you have not received it, contact us immediately so we can open a claim with the carrier.
8. Returns
You may return an eligible ring within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided it is unworn, undamaged, and returned with its IGI report and original packaging. Contact us first so we can issue a prepaid insured label and a return authorisation.
We inspect the returned ring against its IGI report and girdle inscription before refunding. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
Engraved or otherwise personalised pieces cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
9. Cancellation before delivery
Because each ring is made to order, cancellation depends on how far production has progressed. Before production begins we will cancel and refund in full. Once the stone has been set, a cancellation may be treated as a return under section 8 instead.
10. Resizing
Your first resize is complimentary within 60 days of delivery. After that, resizing is quoted per piece.
Whether a ring can be resized, and by how much, depends on its setting structure, the original size and the change requested. The studio assesses each request before accepting the ring.
11. Warranty
We warrant each piece against manufacturing defects for the life of the piece. Accidental damage, normal wear, loss, and work carried out by anyone other than the studio are not covered.
To confirm before launch confirm the warranty period and exclusions. "Lifetime" is provisional.
12. Diamonds and certification
All centre diamonds sold by the studio are lab-grown and are identified as such before purchase. Each is graded by IGI, an independent laboratory, and laser-inscribed on the girdle with its report number so you can verify it yourself.
Grading is an expert opinion, not a measurement. Photography and screen rendering cannot reproduce a diamond exactly.
13. Intellectual property
The designs, drawings, photography and text on this site belong to the studio and may not be reproduced without permission.
14. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
15. Governing law and disputes
Please contact the studio first — almost everything is resolved that way.
To confirm before launch confirm governing law, venue, and whether an arbitration or class-action waiver clause is to be included. This is a decision for counsel, not a default.
