What we set today
One cookie, and only when you sign in. joliear_session holds a random token that identifies your signed-in session. It is HTTP-only, which means scripts running in the page cannot read it, and it expires after 30 days.
It is strictly necessary: without it you could not stay signed in, so it does not require consent.
What we do not set
We do not currently run analytics, we do not set advertising cookies, and we do not share information with advertising networks for cross-site targeting.
Your shopping bag is kept in your browser’s local storage rather than in a cookie, so it never travels to our servers until you check out.
Consent
Because the only cookie we set is strictly necessary, there is currently no consent banner on this site.
This will change. If analytics or advertising tags are added, a consent mechanism must be in place before any such cookie is set, and this page will list every cookie together with the controls to accept or reject each category.
Managing cookies in your browser
Every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies from its privacy or site-settings panel. Blocking the session cookie will sign you out and prevent you from signing back in.
Clearing your browser storage will also empty your shopping bag.
