A cookie is a small file a site stores in your browser. Some are needed for the site to work at all; others are used to measure how a site is used or to target advertising.

Necessary storage
When you sign in, joliear_session holds a random token that identifies your signed-in session. It is HTTP-only, which means scripts running in the page cannot read it, and it expires after 30 days.
It is strictly necessary: without it you could not stay signed in, so it does not require consent.
Your shopping bag and your privacy choice are kept in your browser’s local storage rather than cookies. The bag stays on your device until checkout; the privacy choice stops us asking on every visit.
Optional analytics
If you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 sets _ga to distinguish browsers and _ga_SQZBM41X5S to preserve session state. Google documents a default lifetime of up to two years, although browsers may shorten it.
Analytics records page visits and interactions with product lists, product details, the shopping bag and checkout. A completed order sends its non-personal order number, product details and financial totals so that one purchase can be counted once.
We do not send Google your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, payment credentials, email-verification token or Stripe Checkout Session ID.
Consent
Google Analytics is optional and does not load until you select “Accept analytics”. Rejecting optional storage sends no analytics data to Google.
You can change your choice at any time. Withdrawing consent disables Analytics and removes the Google Analytics cookies visible to this site; it does not affect your account or shopping bag.
What we do not use
We do not use Google Analytics for advertising personalization or remarketing, and Google signals and advertising-personalization signals are disabled in the site tag.
If advertising tags are added later, this page, the privacy policy and the consent controls must be reviewed before those tags are allowed to run.
Managing cookies in your browser
Every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies from its privacy or site-settings panel. Blocking the session cookie will sign you out and prevent you from signing back in.
Clearing your browser storage will also empty your shopping bag.
