Every JOLIEAR ring is made to order. The production estimate for the exact carat, metal and size you choose appears beside the purchase controls before you add it to your bag. It is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date, and we will let you know if it changes.

Your first delivery is complimentary to Australia, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States. It is tracked, insured in transit, discreetly packaged and requires an adult signature. Import duties and taxes, where charged by the destination, are not included. Shipping after the initial delivery is your responsibility.

Because each ring is made to the configuration you choose, we do not accept returns or exchanges except where required by law or where a piece is faulty. Before production begins, you may cancel the order. We will refund the amount paid less any third-party payment-processing fee — such as a Stripe fee — that was charged when payment was taken and cannot be recovered; this fee remains the customer’s responsibility. We do not add a separate cancellation fee. Once production has begun, the order is final, but we will continue working with you on eligible adjustments.

Tell us within 48 hours of confirmation if the size needs to change and, if production has not locked the specification, we will update it at no cost. Later resizing depends on the setting and the size change requested. It is quoted unless it corrects a warranty-covered issue, and shipping is not included.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects. Covered work carries no service fee. Accidental damage, normal wear, loss and work performed by another jeweller are not covered; any available work outside warranty is quoted before it begins. Shipping after the initial delivery remains your responsibility.

Yes. Lab-grown diamonds have the same crystal structure and optical properties as mined diamonds. Their origin is different, and we identify that origin clearly before purchase.

A lab-grown diamond forms through advanced technology in a controlled environment rather than being extracted from the earth. Like a mined diamond, its appearance and value are assessed through cut, color, clarity and carat — no single grade tells the whole story.

Yes. Every JOLIEAR centre diamond is graded by IGI, an independent laboratory, and laser-inscribed on the girdle with its report number. The report records the stone’s identifying and grading details so you can verify them yourself.
